Between 17 August and 15 December 2026, we will be renovating the indoor section of the Terme Ptuj Thermal Park to create even better water experiences for our guests. During this period, the indoor pools, saunas, changing rooms and showers in the thermal park will not be available. Guests staying at the resort will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxation in the hotel pools of Grand Hotel Primus, which will be open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. The outdoor section of the thermal park will remain open until 30 September 2026, while Flavia Saunas will also be available in accordance with the selected programme or the published schedule.

The wide range of waterslides offers something for everyone, from rafts to freefall sections and jumps in the middle section of the waterslide. We have a waterslide for every level of courage!
*The number of water slides and pools in operation at the outdoor swimming area depends on the weather, the number of visitors, as well as organised groups and their reserved use. Not all water slides operate simultaneously. Terme Ptuj reserves the right to decide independently on the operation of the outdoor swimming area and its attractions. Information on the current operation is published at the entrance to the Thermal Park and on the website.

The Ptuj thermal water
Renewal of tickets and gift vouchers
Tickets ang gift vauchers fort he use swimming pools and saunas in the Thermal Park and/ or the Vespasianus hotel pools purchased in advance is 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the swimming ticket can be used with the paymanet of a surchage of € 3.00 inclusive of VAT per adult and children's ticket within an additional period of 24 months. After 36 months from the date of purchase, the swimming ticket is invalid. Older tickets and gift vouchers can no longer be extended and used and their validity has expired.
The validity of vauchers for wellness services and vernight stays must be extended in advance at the company's administration office, during business days from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The expired gift vouchers of the publishers by Hiša Daril must be extended in advance at their points of sale, as they cannot be redeemed otherwise.
