Mobile Application Terms of Use
1. Legal Provisions
Sava Turizem d.d. shall exercise due care in the development and maintenance of its websites and mobile application and shall endeavour to ensure that the information published on its websites and in its mobile application is accurate and up to date. However, Sava Turizem d.d. assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of such information. All users access and use the published content at their own risk.
Neither Sava Turizem d.d. nor any other legal or natural person involved in the creation and development of these websites or the mobile application shall be liable for any damage arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the information available on these websites or in the mobile application, or for any errors or omissions in their content.
All information, images and other materials contained on the websites and in the mobile application of Sava Turizem d.d. are protected, to the extent permitted by law, by copyright or other intellectual property rights. Documents published on these websites and in the mobile application may be reproduced solely for non-commercial purposes, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. They may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes.
The trademarks and service marks appearing on these websites and in the mobile application are registered trademarks of Sava Turizem d.d. or are used by Sava Turizem d.d. under an appropriate licence or other legal entitlement.
Sava Turizem d.d. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content, appearance, functionality or individual services of the websites and mobile application, or to suspend or permanently discontinue them. Sava Turizem d.d. shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
2. Availability and Operation of the Application
Sava Turizem d.d. strives to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the mobile application but does not guarantee its continuous availability. Temporary interruptions to the operation of the application or certain functionalities may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or other circumstances.
3. Technical Requirements and User Responsibility
To use the application, the user must have a compatible mobile device, an internet connection and an up-to-date operating system. The user shall bear all costs related to data transmission and the use of electronic communication services.
4. Use of the Mobile Application
Through the Sava Hotels & Resorts mobile application, Sava Turizem d.d. enables users to view and manage reservations, access the digital membership card of the Ambasador Loyalty Programme, receive notifications related to their stay, and use additional services available at its destinations.
Sava Turizem d.d. undertakes to maintain the application with due professional care and to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure its secure operation. By downloading and using the application, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 Reservation Linking
A user who is not a member of the Ambasador Loyalty Programme may link an existing reservation to the application by entering the surname and reservation number exactly as stated in the reservation confirmation issued by Sava Turizem d.d.
Once the reservation has been successfully linked, Sava Turizem d.d. shall display the reservation details in the application, including the arrival and departure dates, selected accommodation, package or rate, payment status and additional services related to the stay.
If the user is a member of the Ambasador Loyalty Programme and logs into their membership profile, the application shall also display their personal information, membership status, Kapljice points balance and validity, and current reservations.
4.2 Mandatory Information and User Responsibility
Sava Turizem d.d. shall clearly indicate within the application which data are mandatory for the use of specific functionalities (in particular, the surname and reservation number for reservation linking and login credentials for activating the membership profile). Without providing such information, Sava Turizem d.d. cannot provide the relevant functionalities.
The user undertakes to enter only accurate and complete information relating to their own reservation or membership and not to use the personal data of third parties without their authorisation or consent.
The user shall be responsible for any damage or other consequences arising from the submission of inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information.
Sava Turizem d.d. reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable the user's access to the application or any of its functionalities if there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, unauthorised use of third-party data or any conduct contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Application Notifications
Sava Turizem d.d. sends two types of push notifications through the application:
(i) Service notifications, which are directly related to the user's reservation or membership (e.g. confirmation of reservation linking, arrival reminders, information regarding services during the stay); and
(ii) Optional notifications, containing recommendations, offers and information related to the user's stay and/or membership in the Ambasador Loyalty Programme.
Service notifications form an integral part of the operation of the application and the contractual relationship between Sava Turizem d.d. and the user.
Optional notifications shall only be sent on the basis of the user's prior explicit consent, which the user may withdraw at any time in the application or device settings.
Reservation of Accommodation Capacity
The application provides users with access to the Company's online reservation system.
Accommodation reservations are made through the website or reservation system to which the user is redirected from the application.
Reservations, payments, amendments and cancellations are governed by the General Booking Terms and Conditions published on the reservation website, which the user is required to review before confirming the reservation.
